What type of information do we collect?
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Personal information provided by the client such as name of parent/carer and child, date of birth, address, email, telephone number; details of GP, other health professionals, details of symptoms, medications, past and present medical history, information on recent food and drink intake and activities.
If you access our website technical information including internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, your login information, email address, password, computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. Collected information may be provided by the visitors and users of your website or collected automatically through monitory tools.

Where and how we store data
We are committed to ensuring your data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place appropriate technical, organisational and security measures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
All records are kept electronically on password secure drives. Records made by will be stored for 7 years in line with record keeping laws NHSE Records Management CoP 2023 (england.nhs.uk). All laptops and electronic devices are password protected.
Clinically-approved voice recognition software (Heide) may be used during consultations to facilitate note taking and record keeping through artificial intelligence. This software does not store any recordings once notes have been generated. You will be asked to consent to this being used at each appointment – declining its use will not affect the advice or care you receive.
How we communicate with site visitors
Clients booking calls through the website via calendly will receive a confirmation email and text alert to confirm the booked appointment detailing date and time and Google meet link if video call has been selected. We will use your email or telephone number to contact you should appointments need to be rescheduled or fees discussed.
We may contact you to troubleshoot problems with your appointment bookings, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

If you do not get a satisfactory resolution to your concerns you should contact the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). The HCPC is the regulator with which all dietitians must be registered to be able to practice in the UK. They have the legal right to investigate and take action if they feel practice has fallen short of expected standards.
