What will it cost?
I offer a number of packages to meet your needs.
Bronze package - £120: 50-minute nutrition-focussed consultation, assessment and initial management plan
Silver package - £160: 50-minute nutrition-focussed consultation, assessment and initial management plan PLUS one 20 minute follow up at 3 months
Gold package - £200: 50-minute nutrition-focussed consultation, assessment and initial management plan PLUS two 20 minute follow ups at 3 months and 6 months
Platinum package - Price on request : Joint consultation with Specialist Diabetes Consultant – suitable for those considering/requiring insulin changes (type or modality of delivery) or with diabetes-related complications. To be discussed and arranged on an individual basis.
My sporty child does not have diabetes - can you still help?
Absolutely!
Young athletes all benefit from consideration of their nutritional needs and bespoke plans to ensure that they are eating to fuel, recover, grow and learn.

Why do you need to communicate with my diabetes team?
Your diabetes care is delivered by your own team, the advice I offer will be alongside the treatment and monitoring they provide. It is good clinical practice for them to be aware of the exercise management plans we create together.
