Appointments:

Appointments are virtual only unless by prior agreement.

Appointments will be scheduled once client consent forms have been completed and full payment will be due at booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice can be rescheduled or refunded.

Less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

Technical issues for remote consultations will be managed by rearranging the appointment where appropriate.
